Ashay R Music offers music production, sound design, mixing & mastering, audio editing, music arrangement, podcast editing and more services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any service or project.

4. Quotes and Payments

Quotes provided by Ashay R Music are estimates and are subject to change. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of any project.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, you will be granted ownership of the final product. However, Ashay R Music retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ashay R Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or our services.  

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ashay R Music harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
